Terms and Conditions

• All vehicles are sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS".
• We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on the premises.
• You must obtain a bidder number to bid.
• Bidders must have $100 cash deposit or membership.
• Bidders must be 18 years old and have a valid driver license.
• All non-buyers $100 will be refunded the day of auction.
• Buyers deposit will be deducted from cost of vehicle.
• Buyers must pay the full balance of vehicle by the end of the auction.
• All titles will be processed by 5th Ave Auto Sales LLC in the bidders name.  
• After processing, Buyer is responsible to pick up vehicle title.
• $95.00 processing fee plus sales tax applies to each vehicle.
• We accept VIsa, Master Card, Discover and cash.  NO CHECKS!
• There is a 6% Buyer's premium fee; fee waived for payment with cash.
• No children under the age of 16 years may be in the auction area.
• All vehicles must be removed from the premises no later than Wednesday following the auction.
• If you are awarded the bid on a vehicle and do not pay for it, you will forfeit your deposit. ******************************************************************************************

***MEMBERSHIP***
Become a member by paying an annual  non-refundable membership fee of $100.00.
Members are issued an assigned bidder ID Card.
Members can check in by phone or email at any time.
Members have optional check out, which includes no wait.
Members titles will be mailed  via US Mail.
Membership is non-transferable.
Members ID will be revoked if any terms are violated.
